Shipping Policy:

We ship to all Canadian addresses and USA addresses (excluding  addresses with PO Boxes in both countries and US Territories) via UPS and Canada Post.  All shipments take approximately 1-6 business days via UPS for delivery of product(s) after an order has been submitted through our website.  All shipments take approximately 5-10 business days via Canada Post for delivery of product(s) after an order has been submitted through our website.  Product(s) will be shipped during the next business day after an order has been submitted through our website.

Shipping costs depend on:

• size and weight of the item(s)
• where the order is going

Refunds and Returns Policy:

All orders which arrive in broken or damaged boxes should be noted with the delivery driver if possible. Contact us by phone at 416-633-6990 or by e-mail at info@medonyx.com for information about receiving a replacement if your order is damaged or missing items. All return/refund claims must be made within 10 business days of receiving your order.

We stand behind our products and offer a 100% refund policy.

We will process a refund for you after we receive and process your return.  You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product(s) back to us.  Please ship to:
